Why Drive for Laidlaw?

Laidlaw has been providing exemplary service since 1957, and drivers are at the center of how the company operates. A hands-on approach to training, safety, and equipment care means drivers get the tools and support to do the job right, not just the job itself. If you're looking for a company that treats you like a professional and backs that up with steady pay and real home time, Laidlaw is worth a serious look.

Regional Driver Overview

Pay that adds up week after week.
Base pay starts at 67CPM on 2,200-2,800 miles per week, with top drivers earning up to $90,000+ per year* and average weekly earnings of $1,400-$1,800.*

Modern trucks, real support.
Drive 2019-2025 Peterbilts and Western Stars with your choice of manual or automatic transmissions, plus layover, breakdown, and detention pay when the job calls for it.
