The Position

The Real Estate Maintenance Technician will be responsible for disbursement and organization of company-owned equipment to the retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process equipment orders for retail stores.
• Process returned equipment.
• Properly store returned equipment in the warehouse.
• Light facility maintenance.
• Other warehouse duties, as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL A license is preferred.
• Must be able to drive a forklift and pallet jack.
• Must have general handyman expertise and knowledge.
• Must have the ability to complete the physical task related to warehouse work: lifting 10-75 lbs., regularly sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and use hands to operate tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
