<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Yard Switcher for an on-site, local position in Livonia, Michigan. This is a no-touch role focused primarily on yard operations, with occasional travel on a short public road to access a secured lot.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay rate: $25 per hour
	<li>Overtime available after 40 hours
	<li>Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
	<li>Hours: 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
	<li>Must be available to work weekends
</ul>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Route type: Local yard operations
	<li>Freight: No-touch freight
	<li>Equipment: Automatic transmission
	<li>Primary duties take place in the yard
	<li>Occasional driving on a short public road to reach a secured lot
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely switch and position trailers within the yard
	<li>Move equipment between the yard and secured lot as needed
	<li>Follow all applicable safety procedures and site requirements
	<li>Maintain reliable attendance for scheduled overnight and weekend shifts
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>CDL-A license
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
