    <li>Freight: Food products (ambient, cold, and frozen)</li>
    <li>Equipment: Automatic tractors with 28’-35’ trailers</li>
    <li>Handling: Unloading using a hand cart or pallet jack, which may involve stairs and basements</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

    <li>Delivering food to offices, hospitals, and restaurants using a hand truck</li>
    <li>Completing an average of 10-14 stops per day across New England</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>

    <li>Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
    <li>Ability to safely lift and move heavy items</li>
</ul>
