<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking CDL A Flatbed Drivers to support operations in Baltimore, Maryland. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Three openings are available, with potential for temp-to-perm employment.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Pay: $300 per day</li>
  <li>Weekly compensation: $1,500 per week</li>
  <li>Per diem: $50</li>
  <li>Schedule: Monday through Friday</li>
  <li>Start times: Between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.</li>
  <li>Hours: 40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Layovers: Two per week in a hotel or sleeper truck</li>
  <li>Anticipated start date: May 11, 2026</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a flatbed truck on local and regional routes.</li>
  <li>Transport wood moulding in accordance with DOT and safety standards.</li>
  <li>Secure freight using straps and complete required handling tasks.</li>
  <li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.</li>
  <li>Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping freight.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Flatbed and manual transmission experience.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
</ul>
