Key Responsibilities:
- Transport freight to various destinations while adhering to safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspection, and maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes and delivery schedules.
- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
- At least 1 year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and DOT regulations.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
