It's not just what we deliver, but how we show up for our people and our partners that defines us. Rooted in the values of
Service, Quality, Integrity, Purposeful Growth, Sustainability, and Family
, we're committed to feeding communities with care, reliability, and respect.
The Role at a Glance:

What You'll Do Each Day:

Deliver a variety of food products to local restaurants, retailers, and foodservice partners

Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner

Unload product using a lift gate and hand truck or electric pallet jack as needed

Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures

A valid Class A CDL

A clean driving record and current DOT medical card

At least 1 year of commercial driving experience, ideally with food or beverage delivery

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in varied weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and time management

A team-first attitude with a commitment to safety and service
Why This is More Than a Job:
At PCF, we're proud to support our drivers with tools for success-on and off the road. You'll enjoy:

Competitive starting pay based on the class of your license, experience level, and route-specific incentives-ensuring fair compensation for the value you bring

Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit-sharing plan, and paid time off

Local routes-home daily

Access to fresh produce through employee programs

A team built on respect, support, and shared purpose
