<p><strong>Temp-to-Hire:</strong> This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3><strong>CDL-A Driver Details:</strong></h3>

	<li><strong>Openings:</strong> 1 Driver
	<li><strong>Schedule:</strong> 7 days per week
	<li><strong>Start Time:</strong> Early morning after completing a 10-hour sleeper reset
	<li><strong>Average Length of Day:</strong> Approximately 11 hours
	<li><strong>Pay:</strong> <strong>$0.60 per loaded mile + component pay, average $1500/Week</strong>
	<li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Nationwide
	<li><strong>Home Time:</strong> Regional/nationwide driving with sleeper operation
	<li><strong>Freight:</strong> Industrial materials and products
	<li><strong>Delivery Locations:</strong> Industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites

<h3><strong>CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements:</strong></h3>

	<li>Valid <strong>CDL-A license</strong>
	<li><strong>1 year of driving experience required</strong>
	<li>Clean <strong>Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)</strong>
	<li>Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and flatbed equipment

<h3><strong>CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

	<li>Safely operate a tractor-trailer on nationwide routes
	<li>Transport and deliver freight to industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
	<li>Load and unload freight as required
	<li>Secure and transport loads safely
	<li>Complete required inspections, paperwork, and delivery documentation
	<li>Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety requirements
</ul>

<h3><strong>Additional Pay:</strong></h3>

	<li><strong>$50 Tarp Pay</strong>
	<li><strong>$100 Clean Inspection Bonus</strong>
