Solo OTR Driver Overview




Strong base pay with bonus upside.
 Earn up to 62CPM including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel + $0.02 safety), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*

 Regional-style resets available after ~70 hours with a 34-hour reset at home, or stay OTR a minimum of 2 weeks out with 2 days home.


Run the Western 13.
 Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.




OTR Team Driver Overview




High team CPM with bonus potential.
 Earn up to $0.84 CPM split including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel + $0.02 safety), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*


Big retention bonus.
 Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus.*


OTR schedule that keeps you moving.
 Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
