OTR CDL-A Drivers Needed - Dry Van (Solo & Team)
We're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road dry van position hauling mostly 
USPS Government Mail
 across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.
Pay Structure:
Solo 
drivers earn a 
$1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles
, with 
$0.60 CPM paid on every mile over that.
Team 
drivers also earn a 
$1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles
, plus 
$0.70 CPM for additional miles.
Most solo driver
s average 3,000-3,200 miles per week
, while teams typically run 5,000-6,000 miles.
The pay week runs Monday through Sunday, and payday is Friday. This is a 1
099 position, with no escrow, and bonuses are paid for clean inspections.
Drivers operate 
2022 and newer 
Freightliner and Volvo 
trucks
, governed at 70 MPH and equipped with fridge, microwave, and inverter.
Home Time:
Drivers stay out a minimum of 4 weeks, followed by 7 full days at home.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience.
