Pay and Schedule
Starting Pay: $35.00-$35.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with overtime opportunities and occasional Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities
Safely operate roll-off trucks on assigned routes
Use a tablet to manage routes, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate logs
Pick up and deliver containers to customer sites and disposal facilities
Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
Interact professionally with customers and dispatch
Maintain safe driving practices at all times under DriveCam monitoring
Physical & Working Conditions
Frequent climbing in and out of the cab
Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling-objects over 50 lbs
Exposure to outdoor elements year-round
Work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise
Must follow strict safety protocols at all times
Minimum Requirements
Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
Manual transmission experience (10, 13, or 18-speed) required
At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
SAFETY SENSITIVE - YES
