Equipment Note:
 Trucks must remain parked at our Charlotte, NC distribution center during home time. Taking trucks home or taking a load home is not permitted.
2-3 days out at a time with 34-reset on weekends.
Compensation & Performance Pay
Base Mileage Pay:
 $0.68 per mile
Short-Haul Metro Load Pay:
0-150 Total Miles:
 $132.50 per load + $25 per stop (excluding origin/final)
151-310 Total Miles:
 $201.50 per load + $25 per stop (excluding origin/final)
Drop & Stop Pay:
 $25.00 per stop (excluding origin and final destination)
Detention Pay:
 $30.00 per hour (starts after 2 hours from scheduled appointment time)

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
 Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
License:
 Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Location:
 Must live within a commutable distance of Charlotte, NC to pick up/drop off equipment.
Ability to work Saturdays as part of the weekly schedule.
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and punctual delivery.
