TransForce is seeking CDL-A  Drivers to support Local operations based in Cincinnati, OH. 
 
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 
 
CDL-A Driver Details: 
<ul>
	<li>Schedule: Company operates M-F / 1st Shift / local routes
	<li>Pay: $29 per hour, $1,200 - $1,400 Estimated weekly pay
	<li>Route Type: Local
	<li>Freight / Load Type: Hauling Machinery and steel.   
	<li>Equipment: CDL-A  flatbed, dry van, step-deck, and open top trailers
	<li>Handling: Light Touch
</ul>
CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements: 

<ul>
	<li>License: CDL-A  
	<li>Experience: at least 18 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience. Preference toward candidates with Flatbed experience.
	<li>Equipment Experience: CDL-A Flatbed experience, Forklift exp. (will train if needed)
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
CDL-A Driver Responsibilities: 

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate equipment on local routes
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
	<li>Securing loads/Strapping
</ul>
