TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A  Local home daily Hazmat Driver to support local operations based in Newton, NC. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Driver Details 

<ul>
	<li>Monday - Friday
	<li>Start time 8:00 PM
	<li>10- 12 hour shift
	<li>Pay:  $0.61 cents per mile
	<li>Route Type: Shuttle
	<li>Handling: No Touch
</ul>
CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

<ul>
	<li>License: CDL A with Hazmat Endorsement
	<li>Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
	<li>Equipment Experience: tractor trailer and freight delivery experience
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
 
CDL A Driver Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate 52' tractor trailer on local routes
	<li>Transport food in accordance with DOT and company safety standards to warehouses 
	<li>Perform required handling tasks
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
	<li>Meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to safely lift 50 lbs
</ul>
