<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Driver to support Regional operations based in Alexandria, VA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Mon-Fri, 1st Shift (4am-7am start), home weekly</li>
    <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $1500-$1600 per week, detention pay ($15 per hour after 3 hours), layover pay ($150 per 24-hour period)</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

    <li>Safely operate CDL-A tractor trailer on regional routes</li>
    <li>Transport general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li><strong>License:</strong> CDL-A</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
