• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (STRICT - NO EXCEPTIONS)
Must be 25 years of age or older
Valid CDL Class A
No accidents within the past 5 years
No moving violations
No DUI / DWI
Current DOT Medical Examiner's Card
Minimum verifiable CDL experience preferred
Must pass:
Pre-employment drug screening
FMCSA Clearinghouse query
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) review
Background screening (as permitted by law)

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate semi-truck safely and legally
Maintain full compliance with FMCSA regulations
Properly use and maintain ELD system
Follow Hours of Service (HOS) rules
Conduct and document:
Pre-trip inspections (49 CFR 396.13)
Post-trip inspections (49 CFR 396.11)
Report violations or roadside inspections within 24 hours
Maintain clean equipment
Safely secure cargo
Turn in BOLs and required paperwork on time
Communicate professionally with dispatch and brokers
