Pay is based on verified experience. Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.63/mile. Pay is based on verified experience. Weekly Minimum: 5,200 miles (paid to truck) Sign On Bonus: $8,000 per team ($4,000 per driver) Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received. Average Weekly Earnings: $1,900-$2,200 Benefits Covenant offers a comprehensive benefits program. On the 1st day of the month following 60 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the following employee benefit plans: Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
