Overview
East Penn Manufacturing is seeking 
dedicated Regional Class A Delivery Drivers
 to join our private fleet in the Berks and Lehigh County areas.
Average Potential First Year Starting Salary: $100,000 per year plus expenses paid
Salary ranges are determined by mileage, stops, and return products.
Plus a $2,500 Sign-On/Retention Bonus!

home every weekend and potentially multiple times during the week

Paid expenses include meals, license and endorsement renewals, DOT medical card, company provided cell phone and safety equipment.
Responsibilities
Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination (up to 80,000 lbs GVW) or smaller vehicles when required.
Deliver and pick up freight while engaging with customers to ensure outstanding service.
Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations, including hours of service and vehicle inspections.
Accurately log hours using an electronic logging device (ELD).
Conduct pre-trip, inter-trip, and post-trip inspections.
Operate vehicles safely and legally, utilizing all onboard safety features.
Complete company paperwork (manifests, bills of lading, claims, trip reports).
Load/unload freight using electric pallet jacks, liftgates, or dry vans.
All trips are scheduled with return loads.
Qualifications
Class "A" Commercial Driver's License with Endorsements for Air Brakes and Hazmat (endorsements not required prior to employment but obtainment required during probationary period) Training provided.
Literate with good communication and math skills.
Customer focused professionalism.
