Full Description

Position Overview:

We are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul live pigs using 2-, 3-, and 4-deck livestock trailers. Drivers will be responsible for safely loading and unloading pigs inside the trailer at farm locations. This is a specialized, hands-on role that requires animal handling and biosecurity compliance.

Pay & Benefits
  • Sign-on Bonus: $15,000!!
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,635 (based on ~2,300 miles per week)
  • Training Pay: $1,300/week during 4 weeks of training (includes loading/unloading pigs and biosecurity protocol)
  • Safety Bonus: $.02 per mile monthly bonus
  • Competitive mileage rates
  • Benefits package available (health, dental, vision, etc. if offered)

Schedule & Home time
  • Operating areas: MO, AR, IA, IL, IN, OH
  • Typical schedule: Monday AM - Saturday AM (drivers may be home by Friday PM)
  • Possibility of being home 2+ nights during the week depending on route

Responsibilities
  • -Operate CDL-A tractor-trailers transporting live pigs between farms and facilities
  • -Load and unload pigs inside trailers (2-, 3-, and 4-deck trailers)
  • -Follow biosecurity protocols to maintain animal health and safety
  • -Complete pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
  • -Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies

    • Requirements

    -Valid CDL-A license

    -6 months class A tractor trailer experience
  • -Ability to handle live animals and perform physical work inside trailers
  • -Must adhere to strict biosecurity and animal welfare protocols
