Position Overview 
TransForce is seeking experienced CDL-A Drivers with heavy haul/RGN experience. This role involves transporting heavy and oversized equipment across regional routes while ensuring safe, efficient, and professional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Safely operate a mix of newer Peterbilt, Western Star, and Freightliner trucks (day cabs &amp; sleepers) </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Transport OSOW Equipment, Construction/Quarry&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Load, secure, and unload equipment as required </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Ensure all loads are properly secured and compliant with regulations </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Maintain accurate paper logs when required </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Driver Supervisor </li>
</ul>

Schedule &amp; Routes

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Routes Covered: Missouri (AR, IA, IL KS &amp; WI as needed) </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Work Days: Monday–Friday (occasional variation based on workload) </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Shift Start: 7:00 AM </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Hours: 10–12 hours per day </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Busy Season: March – October </li>
</ul>

Requirements

	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Required Endorsements

	</ul>
	</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Minimum 2&nbsp;years of driving experience </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">At least 1 year of heavy haul experience required </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Ability to safely load, secure, and transport heavy equipment </li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">No Automatic restrictions&nbsp;</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Must pass MVR and background screening </li>
