Pay
Mileage pay by experience level, regular OTR pay package
Average weekly earnings of 
$1,200 to $1,450
Guaranteed pay for your first 3 months
 after your first solo dispatch
Performance bonus paid on miles, fuel, and safety
$15

Trainee pay of 
$850 per week
 during training

Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor
Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete
Only requirement to start: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school
Route & Freight
Houston regional freight across TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, and IL
1,700 to 2,000 miles weekly
Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
Home Time & Schedule
Home every two weeks
Day and night dispatch
Weekend work expected, some customers require holiday work, regular time off requests honored
Varied customers, not a dedicated account
Qualifications
New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
Team drivers welcome
Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
Clean MVR and background check
Must pass hair and urine drug testing
