About the job CDL-A Truck Driver - Paid Training Available - Experienced Drivers Welcome

Some driving jobs keep you guessing - different freight, different schedule, different paycheck every week. This one doesn't. You'll know your lane, you'll know your miles, and you'll know exactly when you're getting home. That kind of predictability is hard to find in this industry.
What You'll Earn:
Weekly take-home averages between $1,300 and $1,500
Mileage rate ranging from $0.56 to $0.64 CPM
Expect 2,000 to 2,400 miles on a typical week
Short haul bonus pay on loads under 100 miles
Cash bonuses tied to safety performance and on-time delivery
Direct deposit every Friday - no delays, no excuses
Company covers your entire orientation period
Life On This Route:
Dry van freight moving through a defined regional territory
Assigned late-model truck waiting for you - no pool equipment, no sharing
Fleet runs Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth - well-maintained, modern cabs
Mix of drop & hook efficiency and live customer appointments
Hands off the freight - this is a strictly no-touch operation
One dispatcher. Your dispatcher. Building your schedule around your life, not theirs
Getting Home:
Weekly reset at home - 34 hours, every single week without exception
Lanes are structured so your arrival window is predictable, not approximate
Drivers who want additional earning power can voluntarily extend their time out
Starting Your Career Here:
No experience hauling commercially? That's not a dealbreaker
Paid training runs 3 to 5 weeks - your instructor rides with you, you learn by doing
Curriculum covers highway safety, log management, and customer site procedures
Solo miles begin the moment your trainer signs off - no unnecessary extensions
Every hour of training appears on your paycheck
Your Package:
Medical coverage - doctor, dentist, eye care all included
Company matched 401(k) - they contribute when you contribute
Vacation days that actually accumulate
Life insurance and AD&D policy paid entirely by the company
Bring your co-pilot - rider and pet programs available to qualified drivers
What This Job Asks Of You:
Class A CDL - current and valid
Six months in a tractor-trailer, or a fresh CDL-A with the right attitude
DOT medical card and clean drug screen
Two or fewer moving violations over the past three years
No alcohol-related driving offenses in the last three years
Background clear of felony convictions within five years
Consistent work history and a professional approach to the job
Next group orientation fills fast - submit your application today.
We are an
 Equal Opportunity Employer.
