<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Local Delivery Driver. This role involves delivering construction and insulation materials, safely transporting rail containers, and providing professional customer service throughout the local route.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Pay:</strong> $28.00 per hour
	<li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
	<li>Daily responsibilities may require 10–11 hours of work
</ul>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Route type:</strong> Local delivery
	<li><strong>Freight:</strong> Construction and insulation materials
	<li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Class A vehicle and pallet jack
	<li><strong>Handling:</strong> Heavy-touch deliveries, drop and hook, and securing rail containers
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
	<li>Complete local deliveries of construction and insulation materials.
	<li>Perform drop-and-hook operations and safely secure and transport rail containers.
	<li>Ensure safe, timely, and incident-free transportation.
	<li>Maintain open communication with dispatch.
	<li>Provide positive, safe, and professional customer experiences.
	<li>Build and maintain strong communication and rapport with customers.
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid, current CDL A.
	<li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
	<li>Some experience with intermodal containers.
	<li>High school diploma or GED.
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
