Operational Design

This dedicated role ensures predictable scheduling through weekly 10 home breaks and complete 34 hour weekend resets. Our structured approach eliminates uncertainty common in general freight while maintaining excellent earning potential.

Compensation Package

Weekly earnings are $1,475 to $1,575, supplemented by $1,000 orientation pay. Zero-touch freight handling eliminates physical demands beyond standard driving responsibilities while efficient lane assignments maximize productivity.

September Entry Process

  • Driving evaluation: 9/29
  • Comprehensive orientation: 9/30 and 10/1
  • Route assignment: immediate upon successful completion
