Our most successful drivers are people who:
Put
safety ahead of shortcuts
Do the right thing even when nobody is watching
Show up when their teammates are counting on them
Take ownership when something goes wrong
Notice problems and communicate them before they become bigger problems
Take care of company equipment
Accept coaching and continue learning
Contribute ideas based on their experience
Treat stores, customers, and coworkers professionally
Want to build a
career
, not simply find their next job
Experience matters. Character matters more.
We can teach someone our operation. We can't teach someone to care.
