Who We Are
FleetGenius, LLC provides nationwide, end-to-end sustainable container management services, including delivery, retrieval, repairs, warranty administration, and recycling for both plastic and steel container inventories. The Company also offers bulky waste pickup and apartment valet services to support customers' broader waste management needs. FleetGenius operates through a fully paperless system that captures all service activity electronically, ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency, and complete traceability.

Position: CDL Class A Driver

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: WEEKLY PAY

Payrate: $25.00 per hour

Description of work:
  • Deliver and retrieve 2 cu. yd, 4 cu. yd., 6 cu. yd., and 8 cu. yd empty waste or recycling containers.
  • Equipment will be either a boom truck or stinger truck with flatbed trailer.
  • Loading / unloading and securing all containers with straps.
  • Tracking loads using a paper form and / or an electronic form on a smart device which we provide.
  • Keeping a log with either a paper form and or electronic form.
  • Maintaining the vehicles used as needed for clean appearance and housekeeping.
  • Other work assigned will be to drive a 16-foot box truck to deliver, swap, and remove residential trash and recycling carts on a daily route, and in addition, help with maintaining the cart yard, washing carts, and refurbishing carts.

CDL "Class A" job requirements:
  • Drivers must be willing to travel as a "swing driver" to other work sites in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions of the U.S. to perform duties.
  • Travel work assignments may be up to two weeks in length. The company will pay all travel expenses and provide a per diem for food.
  • Travel assignments occur on a to-be-determined basis. All other work assignments will be located in the Winston-Salem and Raleigh market areas.
  • Normal Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm (40-50 Hrs. per week)

Requirements:
  • Valid DOT License
  • Clean MVR (Min 3 Years)
  • Able to use and navigate "smart devices."
  • Must have trailer hauling experience and/or boom truck experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age.

Experience:
  • CDL Class A Driver for 2 years (Preferred)
  • License/Certification:
  • CDL Class A (Required)
