Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our Coldwater Egg Division in Mercer County, Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Local Egg Delivery Driver to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 a month for 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-5:00pm.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $23.30 with the potential of increasing to $23.80 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

- Safely transporting eggs, materials and backhaul products while adhering to all biosecurity practices
- Properly disinfecting tractor, trailer, equipment, and boots.
- Completing daily driver inspection reports and proper paperwork
- Complying with e-log regulations
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
- Must have 2 years' driving experience, along with a clean driving record
