<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>Our client is seeking experienced Regional CDL A Drivers for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity based in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Drivers will operate a sleeper unit with a 53-foot refrigerated trailer on multi-stop food product routes across multiple states.</p>
<p>This on-site driving opportunity offers support from a dedicated TransForce team and primarily involves no-touch freight.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Pay: $35 per hour</li>
  <li>Overtime available after 40 hours</li>
  <li>Schedule: 40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Days may vary</li>
  <li>Start times typically range from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.</li>
  <li>Most routes include 2 to 3 nights away from home, with longer layovers possible based on distance and backhaul availability</li>
  <li>Regional routes based in Harrisonburg, Virginia</li>
  <li>Employment type: Temporary to permanent</li>
  <li>Anticipated start date: August 10, 2026</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Operate a sleeper unit with a 53-foot refrigerated trailer on regional routes</li>
  <li>Pick up and deliver food products from warehouses and distribution centers</li>
  <li>Complete multiple stops safely and efficiently across assigned routes</li>
  <li>Maintain compliance with all applicable transportation regulations and safety standards</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License</li>
  <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Experience operating Class A equipment with 53-foot refrigerated trailers</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
</ul>
