Driver Trainer (CDL-B required)
What you can expect:
Starting rate: $31.00 per hour (more based on experience)
Annual increase potential

What you will do:
Build onboarding plans, train and coach new drivers on daily tasks.
Develop and build training plans for new drivers in the Ready-Mix Line of Business throughout NH, VT, and ME.
Deliver quality materials to job sites in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts when needed.
Document the progress of each trainee for the duration of their onboarding experience.
Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance the training program.
