About the Role:
Waste Connections is looking to hire a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. You will begin and conclude your daily shifts at our 
Beebe Transfer Station
, located in 
Beebe, AR.
In this role, you’ll operate a rear load garbage truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. If you’re a team player who takes pride in doing the job right and staying safe on the road, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Safely operate a rear load garbage truck on assigned residential or commercial routes
Collect solid waste and transport loads to the designated disposal facility
Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle
Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates
Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards
Requirements:
Valid Class A or B CDL
Clean driving record
2+ years of CDL driving experience
Waste industry experience is a plus
