ENTRY-LEVEL DRIVERS WELCOME!

If you have your CDL-A certificate from an accredited trucking school, you're eligible for our recent graduate training program.

Training Pay: $650-$700 per week while with a trainer

120-hour minimum CDL course required (transcripts or certificate needed)

After training, you'll move to CPM-based pay and weekly earnings based on miles driven

Experienced drivers with at least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience may qualify to skip training and start earning CPM immediately.

PAY

CPM Pay: $0.50-$0.70 (based on verified experience)

Weekly Pay: $1,200-$1,500 on average

Yearly Earnings: Up to $80,000

Shift Length: 10-14 hours

Freight Type: Dry Van / Reefer

Drop & Hook: 80 percent

Live Loads: 20 percent

Touch Freight & Unloading: No

Preloaded Trailers: Yes, no live loads at pick-up

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A License

Clean MVR/DAC (No major traffic violations in the past 12 months)

Entry-Level: CDL certificate from an approved trucking school (120-hour minimum course)

Experienced Drivers: Three or more months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (no trainer required in most cases)
