<p>Our client is seeking CDL A drivers for regional store freight deliveries from Harvard, Illinois. This position involves local and overnight routes using automatic day cab or sleeper trucks, with light-touch unloading. Drivers can expect clear route assignments, professional support, and the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment.</p>

  <li>Layovers may be required for overnight routes.</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

  <li>Operate automatic CDL A day cab and sleeper trucks safely and professionally.</li>
  <li>Deliver store freight on local and regional routes from Harvard, Illinois.</li>
  <li>Complete overnight routes and assigned layovers as scheduled.</li>
  <li>Assist with light-touch unloading using a manual pallet jack and liftgate.</li>
  <li>Complete delivery paperwork accurately.</li>
  <li>Communicate professionally with store personnel and dispatch.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid CDL A.</li>
  <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Hazmat endorsement when required by the assigned route.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li>
</ul>
