    <li>Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
    <li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li>
</ul>
