<p>We are seeking a professional CDL Class A Driver for a local, home-daily delivery position in Hanover, Maryland. This role offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide safe and reliable service on established local routes.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Sunday through Friday</li>
  <li><strong>Dispatch window:</strong> Between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Typical shift length:</strong> 8–10 hours</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Overtime may be required based on business needs</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate an automatic transmission Class A tractor on local delivery routes.</li>
  <li>Complete 2–3 deliveries per shift to customer locations.</li>
  <li>Handle freight using an electric pallet jack and perform occasional down-stacking when required.</li>
  <li>Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.</li>
  <li>Complete required DOT paperwork and maintain accurate delivery documentation.</li>
  <li>Provide professional and courteous customer service.</li>
  <li>Ensure safe and timely deliveries.</li>
  <li>Follow all applicable DOT regulations and safety policies.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid CDL Class A license.</li>
  <li>Current DOT Medical Card.</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience operating similar equipment within the last 5 years.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
  <li>Ability to work a flexible overnight schedule and overtime as needed.</li>
