<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>Our client is seeking two CDL A OTR Team Drivers for dedicated operations based in Waco, Texas. This opportunity offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-weekly routes, and light-touch freight handling.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Pay: $2,600 per week per driver</li>
  <li>Schedule: Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday</li>
  <li>Home weekly</li>
  <li>Must be available for possible weekend work or schedule changes</li>
  <li>40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Employment type: Dedicated</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Route type: Over-the-road, dedicated routes</li>
  <li>Primary routes: Waco to Michigan, Wisconsin, or La Porte, Indiana, twice weekly</li>
  <li>Freight: Aerospace parts</li>
  <li>Handling: Light touch</li>
  <li>Work setting: On-site</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate equipment on over-the-road routes</li>
  <li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards</li>
  <li>Perform required light-touch handling tasks</li>
  <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams</li>
  <li>Meet the physical demands of the role</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License</li>
  <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
