<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>Our client is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers with heavy haul and RGN experience to transport heavy and oversized equipment across regional routes. This local, home-daily position offers consistent Monday-through-Friday work, professional equipment, and the opportunity to play an important role in safe and efficient deliveries.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> Up to $35 per hour</li>
  <li><strong>Overtime:</strong> Available after 40 hours</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday, with occasional variations based on workload</li>
  <li><strong>Shift start:</strong> 7:00 a.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>
  <li><strong>Daily hours:</strong> Approximately 10–12 hours per day</li>
  <li><strong>Route type:</strong> Local and regional</li>
  <li><strong>Home time:</strong> Home daily</li>
  <li><strong>Busy season:</strong> March through October</li>
  <li><strong>Start date:</strong> April 20, 2026</li>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Routes:</strong> Missouri, with travel to Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, and Wisconsin as needed</li>
  <li><strong>Freight:</strong> Oversize, overweight, construction, and quarry equipment</li>
  <li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Peterbilt, Western Star, and Freightliner day cabs and sleeper trucks</li>
  <li><strong>Transmission:</strong> Manual</li>
  <li><strong>Trailers:</strong> Various trailer types based on the load, including RGN trailers</li>
  <li><strong>Handling:</strong> No-touch freight; drivers load, secure, and unload equipment as required</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate heavy-haul trucks on local and regional routes.</li>
  <li>Transport oversize and specialized construction or quarry equipment.</li>
  <li>Load, secure, and unload heavy equipment as required.</li>
  <li>Ensure all loads are properly secured and compliant with applicable regulations.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate paper logs when required.</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and driver supervision.</li>
  <li>Represent our client professionally while providing safe and dependable service.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.</li>
  <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>At least 1 year of heavy haul experience.</li>
  <li>RGN experience.</li>
  <li>Required T endorsement for doubles and triples.</li>
  <li>No automatic transmission restriction.</li>
  <li>Ability to safely load, secure, and transport heavy equipment.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
</ul>
