OTR Flatbed Drivers

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year*
• Base pay: 60CPM + up to 4CPM in performance incentives
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
• Up to 5.5CPM loyalty pay earned from day one
• $75 tarp pay, $100 dwell pay
• Home every 2 weeks - 5 days per month
• No Flatbed experience required for experienced OTR drivers
• $1,250 orientation pay
