<p><strong>Location:</strong> Claremore, Oklahoma</p>

<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Class A CDL Driver for regional sod hauling and delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced driver who is comfortable operating manual-transmission equipment, working outdoors, and supporting operations from harvesting through delivery and site watering. Drivers are home daily approximately 99% of the time.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Pay:</strong> $24 per hour, depending on experience
	<li><strong>Overtime:</strong> Time-and-a-half after 40 hours
	<li><strong>Typical start time:</strong> 6:30 a.m. in Claremore, with earlier starts when project locations require additional travel time
	<li><strong>End times:</strong> Vary based on project locations and load count; shifts may end between approximately 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
	<li><strong>Home time:</strong> Home daily approximately 99% of the time
	<li><strong>Occasional travel:</strong> Rare out-of-town projects may require overnight stays, primarily for site watering duties

	<li><strong>Route type:</strong> Local and regional delivery routes
	<li><strong>Freight:</strong> Sod and agricultural materials
	<li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Class A truck tractors with flatbed trailers and manual transmissions
	<li><strong>Handling:</strong> Drivers will be trained to load, secure, and haul their own loads at harvesting sites
	<li><strong>Work environment:</strong> Includes off-road driving, harvesting locations, project sites, and outdoor work in varying temperatures
	<li><strong>Additional duties:</strong> Assist with watering sod at project sites
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate Class A manual-transmission trucks and flatbed trailers
	<li>Navigate off-road access points at harvesting and project locations
	<li>Load, secure, transport, and unload sod and related materials
	<li>Learn to operate a front-end loader and load trucks independently
	<li>Assist with watering sod at project sites as needed
	<li>Complete deliveries safely, accurately, and on schedule
	<li>Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach in changing outdoor conditions
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid Class A CDL
	<li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
	<li>Demonstrated proficiency operating manual transmissions
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Ability to strap and unstrap loads safely
	<li>Ability and willingness to learn front-end loader operation
	<li>Ability to work outdoors and withstand extreme temperatures
	<li>At least 21 years of age
