DIRECT HIRE 
Route & Load Details:
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Deliver paper products throughout Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">No-touch freight.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Approximately 2,500 miles per week.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Operate 2027 Freightliner Cascadia day cabs with automatic transmissions.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Haul 53-foot dry van trailers.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Geotab E-log system.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Inward- and outward-facing cameras.
</ul>
 Schedule:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Monday through Friday.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">5:00 AM start time daily.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Approximately 12+ hours worked per day.
</ul>
 Job Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Deliver paper products throughout the assigned territory.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Operate automatic Class 8 equipment.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Complete required inspections, logs, and delivery documentation.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Maintain safe and professional driving practices at all times.
</ul>
 Minimum Requirements:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Valid Class A CDL.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Class 8 tractor-trailer driving experience required.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">6 months minimum qualifying Class 8 driving experience.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">2+ years of driving experience preferred.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Experience in lightweight box trucks or straight trucks does not qualify.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">No DOT-reportable accidents.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">SAP program participants may be considered.
</ul>
 Pay Information:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">2+ yrs. experience: $0.70 per mile with a $1,400 weekly minimum guarantee.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">6 months to 2 yrs. experience: $0.65 per mile with $1,250 weekly minimum guarantee.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Detention pay: $30/hour after 1 hour.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Breakdown pay: $30/hour after 1 hour.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Stop pay: $25 per stop.
</ul>
