Pay Structure: <ul><li>Solo drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles, with $0.60 CPM paid on every mile over. </li><li>Team drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles, plus $0.70 CPM for additional miles. </li><li>No matter the mileage for the week, the $1,800 flat rate is guaranteed.</li><li>Most solo drivers average 3,000-3,200 miles per week, while teams typically run 5,000-6,000 miles.</li></ul> The pay week runs Monday through Sunday, with payday on Friday. This is a 1099 position, with no escrow, and bonuses are paid for clean inspections. Drivers operate 2022 and newer Freightliner and Volvo trucks, governed at 70 MPH and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and inverter. Home Time: Drivers stay out a minimum of 4 weeks, followed by 7 full days at home.
