<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Richmond, CA.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay: $30 Per Hour</li>
    <li>Typical weekly earnings: $1,200 - $1,800</li>
    <li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am Start time</li>
    <li>Typical shifts: 8–10 hours, with occasional longer days depending on workload</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Consistent local routes with pre-loaded materials</li>
    <li>Freight / Load Type: Construction material</li>
    <li>Equipment: Pre-loaded flatbed freight with strapping required (no tarping)</li>
    <li>Handling: No touch freight</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes</li>
    <li>Transport general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Perform required handling tasks</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
    <li>Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, etc.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL A</li>
    <li>Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable flatbed driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
