New programs start every few weeks 
 
Session is 2 weeks pre trip, maneuvers, and driving - "classroom" is outside on the lot and in a truck
 
Year round position
 
No lesson plans to write just follow the program already in place
 
We are open to part time and full time applicants - please let us know your availability, classes run year round M-F 8-4:30. (80-160 hours a month.)

Requirements
:
 
2 years or more of recent truck driving experience
 
Valid CDL A - no restrictions Driver's License
 
Current CDL DOT Medical Wallet Card 
 
Must be able to obtain a state of Michigan Driving Instructor License
 
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, in all weather, with extended periods of time standing and sitting
 
Must be able to get in and out of Semi-Tractor/Trailers and perform all driving related duties
 
Must have patience, flexibility and a willingness to learn

Sufficient ability to stand for extended periods of time, move around the building and classroom to satisfy student needs and/or facilitate student participation.
