Local CDL A Driver - $27 Per Hour - OT 

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Gettysburg, PA.

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Saturday Schedule (drivers will only work 5 days, 12 AM – 3 AM Start Time, 9 – 12 Hours per day)

• Pay:  $27 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours

• Route Type: Local, covering PA, NJ, DE, MD, average of 8 stops per day

• Freight / Load Type: Hauling eggs, live load

• Equipment: Reefer trailers

• Handling: Touch freight, unload by pallet jack/roll of cart

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport eggs in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including pallet jack or roll off cart

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
