TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Flatbed Driver to support Local operations based in Odenton/Crofton, MD. 
 
Temp-to-Hire: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, potential for permanent placement, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 
 
CDL-A Flatbed Driver Details: 
<ul>
	<li>Schedule: Mon-Fri / 1st Shift / home daily
	<li>Pay: $27-$28 Per hour
	<li>Route Type: Local
	<li>Freight / Load Type: Concrete materials, building materials / flatbed strapping required
	<li>Equipment: Tractor Trailer, Flatbed, Automatic
	<li>Handling: Strapping
</ul>
CDL-A Flatbed Driver Minimum Requirements: 

<ul>
	<li>License: CDL-A 
	<li>Experience: 2+years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience & previous flatbed experience required.
	<li>Endorsements: None
	<li>Equipment Experience: Flatbed
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
CDL-A Flatbed Driver Responsibilities: 

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate CDL-A Flatbed on local routes
	<li>Transport concrete materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
	<li>Perform required handling tasks including strapping & unstrapping
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
	<li>Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping
</ul>
