Position Overview
This is a full-time, over-the-road team driving position operating under FedEx authority, utilizing the FedEx Custom Critical load board to secure high value, temperature control freight
Non forced dispatch - you choose the loads you want to take with optional assistance from management
This role is ideal for experienced teams seeking high miles, reliable pay, and well-maintained equipment. We value drivers who take pride in professionalism, communication, and delivering exceptional service.
Equipment
2019 Freightliner Cascadia reefer expediter / straight truck
Maintained under a strict, consistent preventative maintenance program
We operate only safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A or B license
Minimum 6 months of recent commercial driving experience
Willing and able to stay out 2-3 weeks at a time (home time requests always accommodated)
Clean MVR and criminal background
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to safety, reliabiltiy, customer service, and equipment care
Ability to follow FedEx procedures and security standards
Run Details
Over-the-road dry and temperature controlled freight
Access to FedEx Custom Critical load board
Get paid to see the country while safely delivering freight nationwide!
Compensation
Solo drivers earn 1/3 of the revenue
Team drivers keep 40% of the revenue
