Class A - Heavy Haul OTR Driver – $75-$80,000 Annual Salary 
Location: Kearney, MO 
 
TransForce is looking for experienced Heavy Haul OTR Drivers for a full-time, year-round opportunity supporting a busy tank manufacturing operation. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and consistent work for professional drivers committed to safety and reliability. 
Route &amp; Load Details
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Type: Over-the-Road (OTR) Heavy Haul</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Freight: Oversized tanks and industrial equipment for the propane, ammonia, and industrial gas industries</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Coverage: Nationwide routes with potential overnight travel and layovers</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Responsibilities: Proper load securement and routine load inspections required</li>
</ul>
Schedule

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Full-time, year-round position</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Schedule varies based on dispatch and route assignments</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Flexibility required to meet delivery timelines and operational needs</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Hours worked in compliance with DOT regulations</li>
</ul>
Job Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Safely operate commercial equipment and transport heavy haul freight</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Secure loads and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Maintain DOT compliance and follow all safety procedures</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations staff</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Ensure timely and accurate deliveries</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Must be 27 years of age or older</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Valid CDL with a clean driving record</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Heavy haul experience preferred</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Experience securing oversized or specialized loads</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Ability to perform physical duties related to load securement and inspections</li>
</ul>
Pay Information

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Average pay range is $75-$80,000 annually</li>
</ul>
