<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support dedicated operations based out of Tracy, CA. This position offers consistent routes, home daily scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a stable operation hauling glass and paper products throughout Central California.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

    <li>Start Time: 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM</li>
    <li>Hours per Week: 40</li>
    <li>Employment Type: Long Term Flex</li>

    <li>Route Type: Dedicated</li>
    <li>Route: Tracy to Lodi, Madera, and Fresno</li>
    <li>Freight: Glass and paper products</li>
    <li>Equipment: Primarily dry van with occasional flatbed loads</li>
    <li>Home Time: Home Daily</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Transport glass and paper products on designated routes</li>
    <li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork</li>
    <li>Secure freight when necessary and follow all cargo securement procedures</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel</li>
    <li>Deliver professional customer service during pickups and deliveries</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Valid CDL A License</li>
    <li>Ability to safely operate tractor-trailer equipment</li>
</ul>
