The Pay Package
Average Pay:
 $1,672 per week ($86,962 annual average).
Top Performers:
 Up to 
$2,020 per week ($105,023+/year)

Mileage Pay:
 $0.70 to $0.84 CPM based on verifiable experience (~1,004 miles/wk).
Unload Pay:
 
$320 per load
 (averaging 3 loads weekly).
Mentor Rate:
 $175/day during your 5-day onboarding period.
Summer Bonus:
 Up to $2,000 extra per bonus period.
Freight, Schedule & Route Details
Freight Type:
 
100% Dry Freight
 (retail products).
Unload Process:
 Touch freight required-hand-unloading dry goods at store locations using gravity roller conveyors.
Lanes Covered:
 SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV, and OH.
Work Schedule:
 6-day work week (Choose a Sunday-Friday or Monday-Saturday shift).
Home Time:
 Guaranteed weekly 34-hour DOT reset (Friday night into Saturday or Saturday night into Sunday).
Hiring Regions & Equipment Parking
Yard Access:
 Secure truck parking available at the Cowpens, SC terminal.
Take-Home Option:
 Drivers living outside the local yard zone can take their equipment home with a safe, pre-approved parking location.

120 miles of Mount Airy, NC
50 miles of Lexington, KY
50 miles of Knoxville, TN
50 miles of Chattanooga, TN
25 miles of Roanoke, VA
Driver Qualifications & Full Benefits
Job Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL with up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
Minimum 
3+ months
 of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
Clean 3-year MVR (no major safety violations).
Must clear standard DOT drug testing (urine & hair), Clearinghouse verification, and employment background checks.
