We are seeking an experienced, student-centered educator to serve as Head Boys Wrestling Coach and classroom teacher at La Joya High School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both academic instruction and athletic leadership, with the ability to inspire students through high expectations, structure, and positive relationships.

Qualifications
Education/ Certification
Experience:
Classroom teaching experience at the high school level
Prior wrestling coaching experience required; head coaching experience preferred
Strong knowledge of wrestling techniques, UIL regulations, tournament preparation, and athlete conditioning
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a competitive program with high academic and behavioral standards
