TransForce is seeking established CDL A teams to support OTR operations based in La Porte, IN. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A OTR Team Details

	Schedule: No set schedule. OTR. 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Pay:  $95k per year, per driver. 
	
</ul>

<ul>

	Route Type: OTR. Starts in La Porte, IN
	
</ul>

<ul>

	Equipment: dry van or flatbed
	
</ul>

CDL A OTR Team Minimum Requirements For Each Driver:  

<ul>
	<li>
	License: CDL A 
	
	<li>
	Experience: 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
	
	<li>
	Equipment Experience: flatbed or dry van
	
	<li>
	Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
	
</ul>

	Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
	
</ul>

CDL A OTR Team Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li>
	Safely operate flatbed or dry vans on OTR routes 
	
</ul>

<ul>

	Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
	
</ul>

	<li>
	Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
	
</ul>

	Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
	
</ul>
